New Delhi: Streaming platform discovery+ (Discovery Plus) on Thursday introduced that it’s rolling out its brand-new characteristic of UPI AutoPay as a cost methodology in the Indian market in affiliation with the Nationwide Funds Council of India (NPCI). The brand new characteristic, which helps computerized funds for recurring subscriptions, might be accessible on Android and direct web platforms, making it accessible for its new and present customers. “At discovery+, we are committed to making our streaming experience as smooth as possible for our subscribers. “With NPCI’s support and our payment partner — Adyen, anyone with a discovery+ account in India will now be able to pay for their subscription using UPI AutoPay,” he added.
UPI is India’s most most well-liked phone-based cost mechanism launched by NPCI, via which customers can immediately switch cash. UPI AutoPay is an upgraded model of UPI, permitting recurring funds in the long run, avoiding the necessity for handbook renewal of subscriptions via one-time funds to retain their subscriptions.
